• Hotel and room details.
• Guest name and guest mobile number.
• Booking dates, check-in details, and check-out details.
• Booking amount, advance paid, balance amount, and payment status.
• Booking notes added by the user.

How We Use This Information

We use this information only for app functionality, including:

• Creating and managing hotel booking records.
• Showing room availability and booking charts.
• Syncing booking data between authorized devices.
• Helping hotel staff manage guest bookings and payment status.

Where Data Is Stored

Booking data may be stored locally on the user's device and may also be synced using Firebase services, including Firebase Authentication and Firebase Firestore.

Firebase is provided by Google and is used as a service provider for login and cloud sync.

Data Sharing

We do not sell personal data. We do not use the data for advertising. Data is used only to provide the booking management features of the app.

Data may be processed by Firebase as our service provider so the app can authenticate users and sync records.

Security

Data transmitted between the app and Firebase is sent using secure encrypted connections. Users should keep their login credentials private and should only give app access to authorized hotel staff.

Data Retention and Deletion

Booking data is kept as long as it is needed for hotel booking management. Users may request deletion of their account and related booking data by contacting us.

Children's Privacy

Booking Register is intended for hotel/business use and is not directed to children.
